Stop Illegal Short-Term Vacation Rentals

Brevard County 8-10-23
Illegal Vacation Rentals (VR's)
Progress: County officials are aware of the problem of illegal VR's and are accepting complaints, pursuing violators and bringing cases to the Magistrate for prosecution and fines. If you are aware of a VR, please report it, as MOST of them are Illegal. If you don't report them, the problem will become pandemic and uncontrollable. To Report: Call 321-633-2069, ask Beatrice to report one or more VR's to a Code Enforcement Officer. You may leave a message and an Officer will call you back within a few days.
